On every occasion the team at national truck wholesalers have exceeded my expectations with good old fashion customer service. From finding hard to find stock on our behalf, providing great trade ins and assistance with finance when needed, nothing is too much for these guys

1 year agoFrom the first phone call to Michael and his team to all dealings with them I found them to be an honest straight forward family businesses that genuinely care about their clients and the vehicles they supply. Having bought 3 trucks from them now I wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend them to anyone

2 years agoHaving just purchased my second truck from NTW i thought it was pertinent to leave a review for Michael and Chris. Recent purchase was an Isuzu FVL. Superb truck, sold as stated, no issues. Michael and Chris could not be easier to deal with. Straight forward and no B.S. Shockingly, i saw a review recently from Trent....... From his review, he must be talking about other people, as this has never been the experience I have had and I have recommended NTW to many people. From looking at Trent's reviews, the only place that didn't get a one star rating is his local kebab shop. Even the Family Conference Centre received a 1 star review. Maybe Trent needs to look inward every now and then, rather than outward???? The common denominator appears to be Trent. Thanks again guys, great purchase for me...

6 years agoI have had many dealings with National Truck Wholesalers, over the past several years, both buying and selling reliable, quality trucks. Michael and his team are brilliant and extremely helpful, they are always polite and courteous, as this has been my experience with them every time. They are very knowledgeable and genuine people, a pleasure to do business with. I have been in this transport industry for over 35 years now, and I know humble, friendly, honest people when I see them. To do business with a company that believes in honesty and integrity and delivers excellence in customer service is extremely refreshing. 6 years agoI recently purchased a mid range truck from NTW, Michael and his team were brilliant. I am 57 and have lost count of how many cars, motorbikes and trucks I have purchased in the last 40 years but I can honestly say this was by far my easiest purchase, couple of phone calls, one visit to the yard for a test drive and the deal was done, friendly, helpful and genuine sums up the service I received as well as a great truck, great price and a very happy customer. I purchased the truck on Thursday 27 February and caught the train to Windsor station to pick it up and one of the team picked me up unannounced, now that’s good old fashioned customer service. I have already recommended NTW to a couple of mates who are looking to purchase another truck, you can’t beat word of mouth. Thanks to Michael and the team, you made my job easy, cheers Michael Stone

7 years agoI can not recommend National Truck Wholesalers and Michael enough. The business, staff and systems are nothing but professional. Purchasing 4 x trucks from Michael over the past 3 years has been painless and with each separate purchase, Michael and his team have arranged and executed exactly what had been arranged on time every time. It is a pleasure to find a business in this day that actually cares about the customer.
